✩ THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FIT YOU! Measurements are provided and are there to guide you. Always compare the given measurements with those of something that fit you. Do not look at what a size tag says, refer to the measurements provided and ask questions if you are unsure.
✩ We will provide a refund of STORE CREDIT ONLY (minus shipping) or exchange if we missed a huge flaw and the buyer has shown valid, visual proof.
BUYER MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. IF AN EXCHANGE IS GRANTED, A TRACKING NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF APPROVAL.
The item must be returned with original packaging intact, no exceptions!
✩ Monitor color variations, tiny imperfections, and minor signs of wear/age as are normally found in a pre-owned vintage garment are not considered huge flaws. Please keep in mind that vintage items have been previously worn and loved and often have small, unnoticeable flaws or slight signs of wear, such as tiny holes or small age spots, that only adds to their charm. Each piece is described to the best of our knowledge, but it is possible that a small flaw may go undetected. When you buy vintage, you are buying history!
✩ Please note that items from the 1940s and earlier are non-returnable due to their fragility and need for proper care. There are no exceptions to this policy.
✩ If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the matter privately before leaving feedback.
Payment
✩ We offer item holds for 24 hours only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
✩ Layaway is offered for items $200+. A down payment is required to start a layaway plan and balance must be paid off within 4 weeks. Canned Ham Vintage reserves the right to keep any payments made during a layaway plan, even if the plan is not completed. Due to loss of time and a potential immediate sale, this is only fair.
✩ If you have a coupon code it CANNOT be used on orders less than $10, if the item has been reduced in price, or if there is a storewide sale.
Shipping
✩ We typically ship the same day, but generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days during our Tuesday through Saturday business hours. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide you with the additional costs to be paid.
✩ USA: Orders are sent either via USPS or UPS and include a tracking number.
✩ International: Please contact us before purchasing an item if you need international shipping.
International buyers, YOU are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Please understand that we not aware of any fees that you will have and we have absolutely no control over them. That being said, DO NOT include in your feedback that you are upset about extra customs fees as it is highly unfair to us since we have no say in the matter.
✩ Unfortunately due to import restrictions, we do NOT ship to Italy at this time.
✩ Canned Ham Vintage is NOT responsible in any way for lost, stolen, or delayed packages! Once the item has left our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not at fault for any issues that arise due to the shipping carrier.

✩ All vintage is sold in "as-is" condition. All measurements are double checked for accuracy. We do our best to inspect, correct, and list important flaws. All measurements are made with the garment laying flat.
Condition Chart:
Mint: As new, with absolutely no flaws or wear.
Excellent: Used, with no noticeable flaws.
Very Good: Used, with minor flaws, no repairs needed.
Good: Visible wear, minor flaws and/or optional repairs needed.
Fair: Numerous flaws, repairs needed, fragile.
Poor: Extensive damage. For display or study only.
